We require a non refundable amount of US$ 400 for a trip in Nepal and US$ 500 for the trip to Tibet per person to confirm your bookings. You can send the amount in our company’s account by bank transfer. Rest of the amount can be paid upon your arrival in Nepal.

Any charges arise when making payment through bank or by credit cards are need to bear by clients themselves.

The cancellation charges arise for hotel and flight booking (other than package program) will be charge according to the policy of respective hotel and airlines, which will be notify before your booking confirm.

Once the trip starts no refund will be made for full or unused portion of the trip.

If we are compelled to cancel the trip due to some reason beyond our control like snow fall, landslide or flight cancellation or other unexpected cause, we will be happy to offer alternative trip with similar nature. If the alternate is not suiting your interest, all the money will be refund by company. However, any other expense incurred by you as a result of this booking is fully your own responsibility.

Extra expenses incurred due to flight delay in Lukla , Jomsom and other remote airstrip or any extra cost due to land slides etc, which is beyond our control is your personal responsibilities. It is advisable to keep one or two days for such treks. All such cost should be born by the client.

All package are based on twin sharing basis, any single supplement will be charged extra.

If any client plays any unlawful offence during the trip, the ground staff reserves the right to expel them from the group and no refund will be made in such case.

The clients need to produced necessary documents such as valid visa, entry permit etc. when it required, the company will not take responsibility for this concern.
