Everest Panorama trek lies to the Everest Khumbu region in the north east of Kathmandu. This is short Everest trekking along the same route to the Everest base camp with amazing mountain scenery and rich Sherpa culture & lifestyle. This is perfect trip for those visitors who has limited time or doesn’t desire to go too high, yet want to explore the Everest- Khumbu region. Everest Panorama trek is relatively easy trek compare to other treks of the region, takes you up to the Tengboche Monastery and a scenic tour to Khumjung village- biggest Sherpa settlement of the region.
Early morning short mountain flight to Lukla airstrip and start walking upwards with splendid natural landscape, flora and fauna takes you to Pakding. On the very next day after breakfast again walking through the lush green pine and rhododendron forest, abundance of wildlife after crossing the National park check point we reach to the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar at 3440m. Namche Bazaar is very famous Sherpa settlement on the lap of Everest offers all kind of modern facilities. It is also the main trading center for many villagers of northern hills. We take a day rest at Namche Bazaar for altitude acclimatization; still take an exploration tour to the nearby area. Tengboche and Khumjung village is our ultimate destination of this trip, so we visit these very celebrated sites and enjoy the wonderful scenery of mountains and experience the culture, religion and lifestyle of Sherpa people.
We use local Mountain lodge called “Tea Hose” managed by local people in our trip. This region has boasts the best mountain lodge in Nepal. Our experience guide will lead you and porters will carry your belongings along the trip.
