Lhasa the capital city of Tibet is a cultural, political and spiritual hub of Tibet since many centuries. This is home to many ancient Buddhist Monastery, Tibetan culture and the great Dalai Lama. It is used to say that some 10,000 monks and nuns are resides in a monastery such as Drepung and Sera in the early days. Spiritual belief is very strong in Lhasa and Tibet as a whole. His holiness Dalai Lama is the head of Tibet.
Its majestic scenery, mysterious and exotic monastic culture, wonderful people, and unique architect reward every visitor with an indelible memory. The Potala palace, Sera and Deraphung monastery, Norbulinka (summer palaces of Dalai Lama), the holiest Jokhang temple and the traditional market place Bharkhor bazaar are some of the major attraction of this tour. The newly arrived train service to Lhasa certainly adds romance to this unique experience enabling the visitors to travel across the world from a place which was once considered to be most remote and inaccessible. Today’s Tibet not only represents ancient culture, tradition and heritage but also encompasses elements of modernity in a much sustained manner.. |

Fly from Kathmandu to Gonggar airport, and drive to Lhasa.

Day 02:

Discover Lhasa by Guided sightseeing tour to Jokhang temple, Bharkhor Bazaar and Sera Monastery.

Day 03:

Guided sightseeing tour to the Potala and Norbulinkha Palace.

Day 04:
|
A sightseeing tour to Derpung Monastery and other interesting sites around Lhasa, rest of the time free for shopping or personal activities.

Day 05:
|
Breakfast and drive to Gonggar airport for your flight to Kathmandu, arrival and transfer to hotel, or join our other program.
