From Namche Bazaar to the world
Trek and Tour Nepal was founded in 2010 by Pemba Sherpa, born and raised in the shadow of Everest. After years of guiding for international companies, Pemba saw a better way—one that truly benefits local communities and gives trekkers an authentic experience.
Starting with just three guides and a passion for the mountains, we've grown into a team of over 50 local professionals. But our core promise remains unchanged: every trek is led by someone who calls these mountains home.
After the devastating 2015 earthquake, we helped rebuild trails and teahouses in the Langtang region. Today, we continue to invest in the communities that make our work possible.
